très mauvaise expérience. J'ai demandé une prestation pour un nettoyage de vitres sur une résidence secondaire qui doit être louée à partir de mercredi 8 mai 2024. Le RDV est pris pour le vendredi 3 mai matin et le lundi 6 mai après midi. Mme SAINTJEVIN me prévient jeudi que la personne ne pourra pas intervenir le vendredi mais viendra le lundi toute la journée (problème familial).Comme je suis inquiète elle m'assure que la prestation sera effectuée sans problème le lundi. Or aujourd'hui sa collègue m'appelle pour me prévenir que la personne ne fait plus partie de l'entreprise!!!! Je pense sincèrement que Mme SAINTJEVIN le savait mais ne m'a pas avertie, résultat son manque de professionnalisme m'impacte directement et bien sur se répercute sur mes clients.
